We offer a six week program for building resiliency and positivity in the face of daily challenges - big and small. With a commitment of just 15 minutes per day, we support teachers in learning how to strengthen their mental muscles to deal with larger and larger challenges with more ease and mindfulness. The program is designed to actually rewire our neural pathways so we can train our brains to automatically disrupt disempowering thoughts and redirect them to a more positive interpretation.
Scientifically Based
This app-based program is based on research conducted across 500,000 participants from 50 countries, combined with findings from positive psychology, neuroscience, performance psychology, and cognitive-behavioral psychology.
